The Best Stretching App for iPhone

Last updated: November 12, 2020

Start Stretching is a free iOS app that I like. I’ve used it off and on for the past five years.

You can use it to help improve your flexibility. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.

The routine only takes a few minutes. It is the easiest, most helpful introduction to stretching that I’ve found.

I can’t touch my toes and have never been able to. But maybe some day!

My shoulders are often tight from working on my computer all day. I feel like maybe this helps?

Download: Try It Yourself

Download Start Stretching on iTunes.

As of November 2020, it is still a free app. Sometimes there are ads.

I do not have any affiliation with the author or company. It is just a legit cool app I’ve used a lot.
