Great adventure with my friend Nina Simon who is the director of the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History. She invited me to Amansala’s Bikini Bootcamp back in February. Workouts in paradise, basically.
Hello from Tulum! I’m on the beach right now going to film a picture with my friend Nina and here’s Nina behind me. Hey! And I’m going to show you some video clips that I’ve taken from our Bikini Bootcamp today. A day in the life here in Tulum.
I had no idea what I was getting into. Nina just invited and I blindly said yes. When you look at the resort website, its awesome. They host a bunch of yoga retreats here. You can see why. The setting was absolutely immaculate. It lived up the hype and all the photos online.
Every morning we’d start with a meditation class and then right into workouts. Intense, about six hours of activity each day and the trainers, each one of them was a chiseled God like they were out of a magazine. Look at the size of his biceps! These were everybody in the class. I was the only dude. Melissa, the woman on the right, she started this resort place and I had a room right there on the beach. Pretty incredible.
Let’s look inside. You can see the view that I woke up to every single morning. No air conditioning or TV, but who needs that stuff? Special shout out! I ate so well there. Had delicious food and we read this book together. How Will You Measure Your Life? Highly recommended. Thank you for watching the video.
