Course 0: Seaweeed wrap that was crisp and broke well, like a triangle taco. Delicious peanut sauce, avocado, cucumbers. Light and perfect.

Next up… Oysters!

Course 1: Three oysters. Each slightly citrus, meaty, full, thick. The shells short and pudgy unlike I’m used to having. I ate them clockwise, starting at the top left, and the last one was my favorite. Slightly difficult to eat.

Course 2: Four pieces of sushi, first is fried rice.
