The MilkMade Ice Cream Tasting Room in Brooklyn is run by my friend Diana Hardeman. She gave me a tour, and I took these pictures of interesting things.
Bananas to be used for a new flavor called Overnight Oats: oatmeal ice cream with a coconut milk base.

These are connectors to MilkMade’s pasteurizer water cooler. It is a big vat of water that rapidly cools the pasteurized ice cream base.Science!! The Agriculture & Markets Division of Milk Control and Dairy Services visits Diana’s shop each month to check these graphs for proper pasteurization.Free magnets.
