I take the following vitamins and amino acids to supplement my regular diet:
- Multi-vitamin: Optimum Opti-Men, 3x per day
- Creatine Ethyl Ester, 2 x 2.5g (5g)
- Taurine, 2 x 500mg (1g)
- EcdySterone, 2 x 300mg (600mg)
- Echinacea, 450mg
Two other things that have been recommended to me are
arginine and
glutamine. There is some sort of algae that can be taken as a super vitamin; I forget what it is called. I might be interested in taking that, too.
