I saw an advertisement for an African safari. Right now I have zero interest in ever going on a safari. Sounds boring and hot.
That being said, I see a lot of wildlife outside of my window (our office building is next to a wooded area). Birds like robins, cardinals, finches and bluejays are daily visitors within a few feet of my desk. A few times each week I will see a rabbit in the morning, but today I saw a baby rabbit! It is truly Spring.
Not like I follow American Idol, but did you see that tall crazy guy? He is great - an A+ human - and reminded me of Adam Winck from college.
I had steamed hashbrowns at Waffle House for the second time this morning. Undecided - they are lots healthier but terribly bland.
The amount of marketing that our little company does is really impressive. It keeps me busy (but obviously not busy enough if I can blog right now, right?).
I got my new Symphony 2.2 kite and it is really great. Flew it on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of last week. She needs consistent wind to stay up - but the pull is like a pit bull dog. Lots of fun and really scientific.
My little sister graduated from high school last week. She was Class President and got to tell all of the students to change their tassels. Such a proud moment for the Gray Family - our little tassel turner. She and her girlfriends went to Walt Disney World in Orlando for their senior trip.
Emily and I are going to see Zach, Ricky, Josh, Jake et al. in NYC from June 8th - 12th. Any suggestions on what we should do? It is her first time in the city. I've never been to the Statue of Liberty.
Going to get something healthy at Waffle House is really counterintuitive, there's no point in even trying. You gain weight by breathing the grease saturated air in the building (term used loosely).
Let me see... maybe try to sync a trip to NYC with my plans to visit? Oh, wait. I've been asking you to do that for two years (in which time I haven't seen you--not once)! I guess I'll just give up. I bet Emily's never been to Portland. Why aren't you bringing her out here, huh?
Mr David Cho - Clearly you have never been to a Waffle House. Or if you have, it was for some drunken 'Good idea' meal in college. Otherwise you would know that Waffle House has several healthy menu items, such as grilled chicken and steamed hashbrowns.
