InstaPack foam-in-place - New packing machine

New packing machine, originally uploaded by nickgraywfu.

We got an InstaPack foam-in-place for the office. There are two tubes of chemicals that, when mixed, make a very warm expanding packable insulator. Pictured is our high school apprentice, Jeffrey, learning how to properly use the foam-in-place. It's very difficult and messy at first. Definitely requires training...

Comments:
Crazy. So it's a foam that hardens?

Might be good for art? How firm does it get? Would the chemicals eat my paintings? INFO!

Nick, that seems like such an obvious source of, I don't know, Improvisational Sculpture, or something. If I wasn't married to someone with taste, I'd be making all the furniture in my house with the packing foam. Easy to move! Easily replaced!

Hi,
we wanna start business with doing foamarts never seen before, like a copy of a Chopper in Originalsize or all people wnat to have.
Question: how to build a form? What will be the price for 1 cube?
Do you have any information?
Uwe
